Context
Zen Educate is an education supply platform that connects schools with teachers across the UK and US. I led design on the teacher app team, used by 30k+ teachers.
Alongside the product work I set up a research process that tripled interview output.

Moved the hidden referral widget to the top of the homepage. Sign-ups rose 22% in the first week and referral support requests fell by over 75%.

Moved reviews from a text link into the app, with questions that adapt to the rating.

Designed a flow for a new California law in 4 days, leaving a template for future state laws.
